Who were you as a child ? [practice]

“I want you to remember who you were as a child.

What was like to be you as a child?

What was your predominant state of being back in the days when you were a child?

Don’t care so much about your childhood memories, be more interested and attentive to your child-like state of being.

Yes…that state… ๐Ÿ˜‰

Pure passion, imagination, excitement playfulness, creativity, happiness, a free spirit, compassion, love for others and natural confidence in yourself no matter what.

Now realize that you are still that child, you never lost it, you never ceased to be that child, it is all still there in you, take a look and realize that you are your most pure state of being!

The child is within you, she never left, pay attention to her and watch your days become magical. ๐Ÿ™‚ ”

  1. I don’t think I had a lot of confidence even as a child in pageants. Even at a young age I think I subconsciously compared myself to the other girls. I cringed looking at photos of me chubby.

    1. Hi ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for your comment.

Nothing wrong with that, also nothing wrong about being “chubby” as you called it.

If you remember your child like state, before the world told you that being “chubby” is somehow not good, before the need to compare with anyone else and before those beliefs that you did not born with but were taught to you, you will find out the most confident child in the world.

The child that enjoys being herself, enjoys her imagination, enjoys being happy and dreaming all the time.

The child that knows that she was perfect and so was everyone else.

That child is fantastic, worthy, always perfect and so are you. ๐Ÿ˜‰
